How we work
Know what happens next.
One senior Growth Lead owns your plan and relationship. Specialists deliver the work, with clear priorities, client involvement and review points.

The operating rhythm
A shared plan, not a hidden process.
- 01Weekly: unblock the work
- Review delivery, decisions and dependencies with your Growth Lead. One empowered client contact keeps approvals moving; specialists join where their input is needed.
- 02Monthly: examine performance
- Review qualified pipeline, stage conversion and relevant channel or segment performance. The discussion ends with decisions, not just a dashboard.
- 03Quarterly: reset priorities
- Revisit assumptions, scope and staffing against the evidence. Name the next priorities and the work you will deliberately defer.
You retain access to the roadmap, reporting and documented work. We use your systems wherever practical. If progress stalls, either side can request a review before the next scheduled meeting.
Before kickoff
Agree the scope. Prepare the access.
We confirm the commercial objective, deliverables, responsibilities and measurement before starting. CRM and analytics access, customer conversations and timely approvals shape what can be delivered.
The Demand Standard provides the public growth framework: Define, Create, Capture, Convert, Optimize. The timeline above describes how we deliver the agreed work.
